  • Contact forms / RFQs: name, company, job title, email, phone, project details, files you upload, and any message.

  • Newsletter/marketing sign-ups: name, email, preferences.

  • Careers/applications: CV/resume, work history, references, and any information you choose to include.

b) Information collected automatically

  • Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs.

  • Cookies & similar technologies: see Section 6.

c) Information from third parties

  • Analytics and ad partners (e.g., Google Analytics) provide aggregated insight into how the Site is used.

  • Service providers (e.g., form processors, hosting, email delivery) may supply information needed to operate the Site.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site.
3) How we use your information
We use personal information to:

  • Operate and improve the Site (diagnose issues, analyze performance, enhance security).

  • Respond to inquiries and RFQs and provide customer service.

  • Prepare proposals and perform pre-contract steps at your request.

  • Send marketing communications (with your consent, where required) and let you opt out anytime.

  • Recruit and evaluate candidates for roles you apply for.

  • Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect our rights, users, and the public.

Legal bases (where required): consent, performance of a contract or pre-contract steps, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure, effective B2B website and promoting our services.
4) How we share information
We share personal information only as needed:

  • Service providers/partners who host the Site, process forms, send emails, provide analytics, security, or other support (they are bound by confidentiality and only use data per our instructions).

  • Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition, or asset sale).

  • Legal/disclosure when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or users.
    We do not sell personal information.

5) Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to comply with legal/record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Where feasible, we anonymize or securely delete data that is no longer needed.
6) Cookies & tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand aggregate visitor activity.
Types include:

  • Strictly necessary (site operation, security).

  • Functional (remember settings).

  • Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Advertising (if used; remarketing/interest-based ads).

Your choices: You can manage cookies via our cookie banner (where enabled) or your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect Site functionality. To opt out of analytics, you can also use tools offered by the relevant provider.
7) Marketing communications
If you subscribe or otherwise consent, we may send you updates about projects, services, or events. You can opt out any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.
8) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information (e.g., encrypted transport via HTTPS, access controls, limited retention). No system is 100% secure; please use caution when transmitting information online.
9) International transfers
Our service providers may process information outside your province, state, or country (including the United States). As a result, your data may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We take steps to ensure appropriate protections consistent with applicable law.
10) Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;

  • Delete information (subject to legal/contractual limits);

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;

  • Object or restrict certain processing;

  • Portability (receive a copy in a portable format), where applicable.

To exercise these rights, contact us (Section 1). We may need to verify your identity before responding. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local privacy regulator (e.g., the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada).
11) Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or a higher age where required by law). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12) Third-party links & embedded content
The Site may link to third-party websites or embed third-party content (e.g., maps, videos). Those services operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
13) Do-Not-Track signals
Your browser may offer a “Do-Not-Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals.
14) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and the revised Policy becomes effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
